Hey guys. Merry Christmas.
I'm looking to make one of my showers a "Hot water on demand" setup. Any recommendations on what the best units are?

Stay away from the Bosch. They may make good tools but their service department sucks.
A friend of mine who is a plumber by trade heartily endorses the Rinnai.

Kerry, I renamed your post here to Hot Water - old and will move the one from Shootin the Bull to Around the House.
Maybe TJ can merge them, but I don't have that ability right now.
