I went up on Sundance Mountain and took a panorama of Sundance (my town) this Fall after the leaves went off (have one from this summer too). It was 5 photos I stitched together. Had it developed online, had to shrink it down quite a bit to 26" tall by 65" wide. Original was over 125" x 42" after stitching and cropping. (125 MB's) Had some Alder in the shop for about 5 years so used it to make the frame. It's 3" wide, used these two bits to make the molding. Here is where it's going after I get the 1/8" glass, my BodyShop office over the window, looking into the repair bay. Had large grill box that I cut the cardboard out of, clearcoated both sides, this will go behind my picture. The frame came out 30-7/8" tall by 69-7/8" wide. Here it is laying on my workbench with the picture sitting inside it. I haven't gotten the glass I ordered yet, Roger (friend and owner of Frontier glass ) is going to bring it over sometime next week. I had printed the summer pano on 18 sheets of paper and taped it to some cardboard and had that sitting above the window for a while, got lots of comments on it from my customers. My dad stopped in one day and said he'd like to have it for his gas station office, so I gave him that one. Had several of my customers ask where my town photo went so thought I'd do this one this way. What do you think? Thanks ~Mike

Just curious what ISP your using that you can't see my hosting site? Trying to post pics with WOW's hosting: I went up on Sundance Mountain and took a panorama of Sundance (my town) this Fall after the leaves went off (have one from this summer too). I see the pic just fine.
All flat land and no OCEAN fer miles around.
I could not live there - but the thought is good.
I need ocean. Grew up around the salt water ocean. It's in my blood - I "need" to have it.

Got the glass in and installed it: I may have to add some low voltage spot lights or something, my overhead glares off the glass (shot the picture without the overhead light on). Just thought I'd post it finished. Thanks ~Mike
