I need to buy a new ripping blade for my table saw. I'd prefer a thin kerf, and carbide tipped blade. I don't have a ton of money to spend on it either.
Anyone got any suggestions & links for a new blade?

You won't believe this, but I just got back from Lowes. They had a large table set up for discontinued tools, etc. I found two packs of Irwin carbide tipped blades for $8 each. That's only $4 for each blade. I got a 10" 24 tooth rip blade, with a .086" kerf, and a 22° rake, ATB blade, and the same in a 60 tooth blade. I bought all 3 packs they had. So, I got 6 blades total for $24. Not a bad deal.  |
