This is an excellent video with a great number of tips and use of different tools ,the approach and wrap up.Some of you that are just starting will be wise to follow all of this to a tee but then I'm sure as you develope your own styles you will deviate from procedure and techniques,,,,,,,,I wish I had had this video when I first strated,its really a good instuctional tool.I didn't use the skew as he does for quite some time LOL www.woodcraft.com/Family/2000681/Cherry/videos.aspx#videosdick

That is a fantastic video. I remember watching that before, but it sure was worth watching again. There is just something about watching a guy working on a purple lathe while another guy with an English accent narrates. Woodcraft has quite a few of those videos which are very, very good. This link www.woodcraft.com/Resources/Videos.aspx takes you to where you can see all the videos available from Woodcraft. They are trying to sell their tools, but that's OK with me. Some really great videos here showing tools in action.
