Just went over to the Griz site and checked out a few things. The 1023 series cabinet saws as well as the G0555 band saw are made in Taiwan. Not the U.S. but a darn site better than China. The couple Griz Lathes I checked out were made in China. I was thinking that at one time all of the Griz stuff was made in Taiwan, but I guess that has changed.

I'm not so sure there's much of a difference between the ROC and the PROC...

I'm not so sure there's much of a difference between the ROC and the PROC... At one time there was quite a bit of difference in quality. Nowaday that difference has been wiped out.
