Hey Boodrow,
I'm on the rig until Dec. 2 and I don't have any other pics to post. But, as joe said, this box wouldn't be ideal for cremains, anyway.
I would, however, make her a dead cat box when I get back home, if she is interested. Let me know.

Cool!...I really like the wood hinge detail. Have you got any progress pics of making them? I for one, would like to see them!
I remember one T/G when the motor man tried cooking a small turkey on the manifold in the SCR house....eh-h-h, not so good!

I don't have any WIP pics of the hinge making but I'll do a tutorial when I get back home for those who are interested. When I was working on land rigs, I heated many a can of chili or soup on a drawworks engine manifold. I don't think I would try a turkey, though. Now that I'm working on 5th generation, floating, deepwater vessels, we get a pretty good spread for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Good thing, too, because this will be my fifth year in a row to work both holidays.

So, what DO you do with all that holiday money!!!! ;D Being salaried, it all pays the same, whether I work holidays or am on days off. If I stay on the current schedule I'm on now, I will be off for Christmas in 2014. ;D
