Well, it is finished. Didn't come out as nice as I was hoping, but still a beautiful box in my opinion. The things I am not happy with are probably things most people won't notice. Anyway, here is the official description:
This box is made from Holly with Ebony and Bloodwood inlay and keys. The box was designed with a four corner grain match. The dimensions are approx. 5 3/4x 3x 2 3/4" tall. It has no finish on the inside. The outside is finished with shelac and the whole thing buffed out with Canuba wax. Hinges are made by Brusso and the hinges are self stopping at 90*.The liner is a velvet material.
