Hehehe. I have been wanting to do one of these ever since I saw the one Mav made. This is a very cool pen kit, but not a cheap one It comes with a black barrel with the pieces laser cut but still attached and an orange on with the reverse laser cuts. I matched the pieces up and realized that it might be possible to get 2 barrels - one the reverse of the other. Well, it worked, but you see the cut lines in the reverse flames so it is not quite as nice as the "real" one. Still worth putting it onto a pen kit. Beeze should appreciate these too And here is another view of the flames.

Excuse me for saying this - but those are BAD ASS!!! I will HAVE to have something like that for my shows this fall. May I ask how much the blank was and where you bought it.
Exceptional!

Yes they are Zac! I love them and I almost hope they don't sell...they will be a real eye catcher at the craft shows. They are from PSI and when they got down to 29 bucks I finally convinced the treasurer to let me get a couple. I got the 8mm which I used for the Cartridge pens and I also got a 10mm set that I have not decided whether to use on a cigar or on a roller ball. I have to say that I don't think they are intended to make 2 flame barrels...the kit comes with a plain orange barrel that can be used for a second barrel. It did not matter to me for the Cartridge pens, but I don't know if I will like that for the Cigar or roller ball pens. I saw them in the PSI catalog first, but here is a link to the one I got from PSI www.pennstateind.com/store/WXLAZ038.htmlIf you have any questions the instructions have you contact this place... www.lazerlinez.com/products.asp?cat=26And yes, I had some issues and had to call. I was missing 2 pieces of the reverse image flames and had to fill the empty spots with dyed epoxy. I don't know if they are going to do about that if anything. I'm not sure if you are intended to be able to make the other blank, but I sure wanted to and it seems a waste not to.

I like em a lot. After I bought the kit from az I saw psi started selling them for half of the cost. I am glad to know you can install them on the bullet pens. Awesome job doug

Zac If you display that Zac, make sure it is under glass. I'm afraid somebody just might swipe those. Great looking pens, Doug. I wouldn't swipe them but I sure would buy them.

Mav, this kit came with a solid orange blank to go with the flame blank, maybe that is why it is less than the one you did. I'm not sure, but it did not matter for the cartridge pen. Kyle, I have a special price for Texans Thanks for the comments.
