I've looked all over the Internet for that router collet replacement accessory that lets you tighten router bits in the collet with an Allen Wrench.
Anyone Know who sells them?

Yep, it is called an "Eliminator". I got mine from Rockler.
It is a great device for use with a router in a lift. There is one minor issue with the device. They sell an adapter for 1/4" bits. You have to be careful when using the adapter. The set screw device that clamps on the router bit should not align with any of the slits of the 1/4" adapter collet. The adapter and bit will get stuck if the clamping part of the Eliminator wedges into the slit of the adapter.
