The bottle stoppers look great and I love that 50 cal. cartridge pen. My least favorite is the Pink Ivory...I don't care for wasp-waisted pens. I'd rather see a straight line down to the nib. The burn lines look great on the 50, too.

Zac, the 50cal is a great idea, and looks fantastic. I also like that lil' pencil, looks like a natural finish. I like the natural look alot.

Great job Zac. The burn lines look just about right...especially on the 50 cal - the burn lines really look great on that one. Stoppers are all great too. I'm glad to see that you are still turning stuff out

What is a buffalo pencil? Never seen one of those, looks pretty cool. How big is the lead in it?

I see that Picsas3 program is working pretty good for ya..... Sure makes it easier to figure out what is what when you have them listed for sale on a forum(or something).
Is that the first Buffalo pencil you've done? Good lines on it, very smooth, kinda of what a pencil is all about!

Emerson - the buffalo pencil holds either a stubby pencil (wood pencil that is) or a golf pencil. The cap pulls off and holds the butt end of the pencil....so..... the lead goes into the pencil when capped.... the cap inserts back into the pencil extending the really stubby pencil. OR - you can just write with the small pencil/cap if it's still pretty long.
Thanks guys - yeah I think the burn lines on the .50 cal pen came out looking nice. I fibbed - a couple old bottle stoppers got thrown in with the "group" pictures.... eh - sorry to repost the same thing.
Doug - I've actually not turned since my show - got a mess going right now. The oak from the pick-up truck bed and also got some water in the basement now conveniently on a pile of wood shavings.... yuck. I want to get the oak boards out of there and then get back to turning.
Thanks for looking! Zac
