Completed with Amboyna Burl for a customer approval who wants six Cambridge Rollerballs. Finished with 6 coats of Minwax Clear Gloss Poly. As always comments and or suggestions appreciated. Thanks for looking. Les

I'm running out of superlatives, Les. That's another stunner and the craftsmanship is impeccable.
You don't mess with any $2 slimline kits, do you. That Cambridge kit is classy AND expensive. I'd be scared of messing it up.
Thanks for showing and giving the rest of us something to shoot for.

Les, that is a fantastic piece. great wood and, more importantly, great combination of the amboyna with that hardware. the burl is fantastic against the scroll work detail on the kit...
is your finish sprayed on? looks great!

I've never been a big fan of scroll work in the hardware - but I do love that burl. Amboyna Burl can have so many looks to it - looks great Les.

Gorgeous Les. I love the Amboyna burl wood. That sure is a fancy pen kit - I've never even heard of it before.
