Good morning, I have dried glue on the threads of my screw clamps and was wondering if there is an easy way to remove it. Tried wire brush but no good. Is there something that will desolve it or at least soften it up so it can be removed?
Thanks, Les

Try soaking the glue in vinegar. Just keep brushing it on the glue spots until they soften enough to wipe away.

Which type of glue? If it's yellow PVA glue, vinegar or heat will soften it. If it's another type of glue, it'll call for a different approach.

I just turn my clamps all the way in, and whatever is on them just falls off.
