Made some hooks.

I made 4 of these hooks. Here is the Pizza Peel mounted on 2 of the hooks. The other 2 are a little smaller and look a little different. But same idea. Made the peel too big for the spot I had. But things should be functional and I wanted something that could hold even a jumbo pizza. So I had to mount it upside down. Couldn't fine any hooks I liked so made some.

Edge glued walnut and hard maple to match the peel. Made some buttons. They hid the screws and dress things up a bit more. The hooks are about an inch and a half wide. Finished them with the same butcher block mineral oil as the peel. I am quite happy with how they came out.

Yeah I guess I am glad I didn't find any nice hooks around town here. I sometimes do the half ash search for stuff knowing I kind of just want to make it myself anyway. Or sometimes I genuanly don't want to make something but can't find anything around town. This time it was a half ash search.
