So.... I had a real nice wooded camo acrylic blank turning for cigar pen - get the whole thing done..... go to assemble..... crappola - I mixed up the upper and lower barrels! Tell me you've not all done this?
Totally sucks.... at least It's only the barrels and blank that is messed up - I have extra barrels so I'll just cut a new blank and try again.

I've done that once. Since then I check and double check and triple check Cigars. For some reason, I have a hard time remembering how the bushings need to go on which barrels. It does not help that the bushings are all different sizes and 2 of them are so close to the same size that you have to measure them. Knock on wood I only did it once, but it sure upset me. It would have been a beautiful pen too Betcha don't ever do it again Zac

Couldn't do a 'modify'? No 'fix' possible?
How far 'off' is it, really bad........

Not really a fixable issue - the way it goes together the top is now too short...... so...... oh well - like I said it's only a blank and a set of tubes....not a huge deal, just frustrating.

Yeah, I still have the pen barrels I turned incorrectly for that Cigar...haven't figured out how to fix them or use them for anything else.
