Got a sales flyer from my hardwood place - must have gotten my address from a check.
And I quote:

Hmmm.... bags of turning stock for 10 bucks a piece, I'll be visiting on Saturday!!
EDIT: I spoke to the lady, she said that she filled 10 bags full of stock and has at least enough for 40 more bags..... hard maple, crotch maple, osage orange, walnut, cherry, iron wood, several others I can't think of...... NICE!!

I promise pictures - I called today to see if I could have a couple bags put aside for me - sometimes greedy asses like yall (I'm kidding!!) come in and buy it all up!! Nah, it's cool - get it while you can, no shame in that. Those guys that buy it all up pry share with their friends just like we do. I called the lady today and asked about the turning stock - she said she has bagged 10 or so bags and has enough to do at least 40 more bags..... this is a mom and pop type place.... I think I'll be ok on Saturday!! Zac |

I'd love to have a medium flate rate box full of that stuff. I don't have much wood to tinker with, and even less money to buy any with. I'd make it worth your while, should you decide to pack up some boxes of it. |
