Called "Molten Metal" on a Sierra Upgrade Gold Ballpoint. Tricky stuff to drill and turn. Very easy to chip if chisels aren't razor sharp. Wet sanded to 12000 MM and polished with Brasso. Protective coat of Brazilian Caranuba. As always comments and or suggestions appreciated. Thanks for looking.

Great stuff as always!
Tell me why the Brasso? Never heard of using that stuff anywhere?!?!?

Scott (now I'm going to have to get some Brasso) B I started using liquid Brasso some time ago and works quite well. I now use either Huts Ultra Gloss or FLITZ now. I know a lot use Brasso as well as toothpaste. I guess everyone uses what works for them. Les Les

Wild looking pen Les. That is one Inlace blank I have thought about, even though I prefer turning natural wood most of the time. It's good to see that it makes such a nice looking pen.

Here's an idea, Les. How's about you post a pictorial step by step instructional post, and actually SHOW us how you do these pens? I'll bet there's a hell of an interest in these projects you're tuning out.
