Just opened my latest catalog from WWS. I am wondering about the Woodtek line of machines they offer. Has anyone here had any experience with this stuff? What are your thoughts on it?

Back a lotta' years ago when they were just down the street from me, I wanted some of their Woodtek stuff 'cause it looked SO much better'n my stuff... but it was well outside my budget then. Now I've already got all the machines I've got space for, and they're a longer drive away, so I don't have much reason to shop with WWS any more. Woodtek seems to be nice enough machines, for real.

They look pretty good but they seem to stay under the radar. Don't see much in magazines about them, never hear any thing about there customer service or getting parts. I heard on another forum that their lathes were pretty good but to me they seem kind of out dated and over priced.

I have a Woodtek 24" dual drum sander. I could not be any happier with it. It does an outstanding job and is built very well.
