Box Elder

Bowl measures 4-1/2" Diameter x 2-1/4" Deep with 1/8" Wall Thickness throughout. I keep making the walls thinner and thinner.
Finished with 6 coats of Minwax Satin Wipe-On-Poly and polished with Hut Ultra Gloss.

Nice bowl Les. I didn't realize that box elder was that attractive. Maybe its the execution.

Real nice looking bowl - what I am most impressed with is that home made chuck you got there, VERY cool. I'm assuming the two padded boards pinch the "lip" of the bowl and that holds it together?

Did anyone else notice the footprint in the grain of the bowl. Nice work.
