I seem to be having a hard time finding a 15 degree bevel profile in a shaper bit set. I can find a Shaker bevel, but that's not what i want. MLCS has everything under the sun for router bit sets, and most every profile for shapers... but not 15 degree bevel. MLCS bit sets are around 90 bucks. I have searched everywhere I can think of, and surfed the Internet for even more (Grizzly, Amana, Freud, Cutting Edge, Eagle America, Tools Today, etc...) The only sets I can find are in the 3-4 hundred dollar range; a bit steep for one set of kitchen cabinet doors. I've even thought of buying a set and grinding my own profile, but I don't have diamond grinders, so re-grinding carbide is out of the question.
I do not have a good router table (yet), and don't really want one since I have the shaper.
Am I just screwed?

Can you get a router bit adapter for your shaper? Otherwise you can put together router table that's good enough to run stiles and rails pretty quick out of a piece of 3/4" plywood. It doesn't have to be very elaborate with an insert or anything. Just punch a hole with a hole saw and pick up some longer screws to attach your router. Add a pivot fence and you're set.

Yeah, I know. I may have to change designs, but what mama wants, mama usually gets. I'm sure most of you can relate, at least those of you who have been married a long time. I'll adjust. MLCS has shaper sets in only two profiles- ogee and shaker; and so does just about everyone else. I am in process of designing a router table. I have sheets and sheets of formica to laminate a smooth top, and I have enough aluminum gathered up in the correct sizes to machine a T-track and fence (good reasons to play with the metal tools!!). It won't have a fancy cabinet nor dust collection (yet), but it'll do 18 doors. My poor ol shaper is going to get lonely though
