300 Weatherby Magnum and a 25-06 with an actual bullet drilled out for the nib with Forest Camo Cap and Deer Head Clip. Cleaned brass and copper with Brasso, polished with FLITZ Polishing compound, cleaned with Lacquer thinner and applied 4 coats of lacquer using the "Dipping" method. As always comments and or suggestions appreciated. Thanks for looking. Les

This is very cool!! I've purchased the kits and done these Cartridge Pens, but this is a whole different level.
If you ever find the time. I sure would appreciate a step by step tutorial, please. As a handloader/reloader, I have thousands of empty cartridges ranging from 17 Remington to 50BMG, and would enjoy doing something completely custom.
Great job on that pen!!! Photography is perfect.

Count me in on the previous comments too! Wow, those are so well made. I have tried before to make the cartridge pens from real casings and did not have success.
Les, you have made me want to put that back on my list of things to do...real cartridge pens.
