Those are sure GOOD! I think I liked the Tub project better than the sled... ... he used a lot of the same tools we would use, except for the driving power. ;D ;D Was really COOL the way he went from machine to machine, etc. He sure had that Tub making down good... I really laughed when I saw that long piece of rod sticking out of the side of the building... Yep, if don't fit, just cut a hole in the wall... ;D ;D The dam speed control was good too... all of his tools were Variable Speed! How many jointers, planers, & saws have you seen that are Variable Speed? ;D Nice... thank you for posting the links...

Nice,
I always learn so much from these things.
We are sissys today when we "set up" shop.
Everything needs to be "just so" or we will not be able to get anything done.
Take a look at what the guy has to work with. How about lighting? Spacing of machines?
I love the way he cut out that huge circle. No special jig there.
He uses a hand plane, chisel, spoke shave, like they are part of his body.
Loved that video.

Yeah, I noticed that he apparently did not spend a whole lot of time doin other than necessary maintenance to the machinery and not worrying much about how the shop doors opened or closed and the like. Loved inventory system, too.
