i used 3 pieces of cedar 4/5 lumber bottom,middle and top.
i hogged out the bottom using a router bit in my drill press.
the middle was cut out using a scroll saw and then glued to
the bottom
and the top was hogged out too.
6 coats with wiped on poly.
red felt was put in after the pic was takin
and there was alot of sanding involved.
