I am planning on plumbing a sink right below the cleanout on this sewer drain. Any problems with that?  |

That should be fine.
You're missing two cleanouts now; that drain leg on the left side is supposed to have a cleanout at each 90-degree bend, so the line can be snaked beyond without going around a corner. This'd be a good time to install those two, too.

Long as ya got room for the coupler, otherwise ya may have to redo some of the above pipe too.
Oh yeah, that black pipe is ABS, Ya gotta use a glue compatable, especially if ya mix ABS and PVC.
