I can Assure you of ONE thing -- It WILL be MORE than you planned and it WILL take longer then you want it to take,

OK --- that is like saying "buy low and sell high"

Don't fret over it --- just get it framed in ane roofed.

Plan on doing it yourself and taking the next 4-5 years to do so. Then BRAG abou tit,

The rest will fall into it's own in the next few years ---- tax returns!!!

OR ---- you can just simply obey ONE simple rule --- it WILL cost 4-5 times more than you believe -- soooo ---- and just fund it -- !!!!!

Sorry pal - but -- REALITY - is just that --- reality.

I had my shop - first in the attic 2 years

Then

In the cellar - 12 +++ years - after I bought my house

Then in my BIG shop - Garage shop

Bought my house in 1983

Built garage addition in 2002

Now have a shop in 2009
