A couple years ago Itsuko went to Japan for 5 weeks leaving me home to fend for myself. While she was gone I went to Lowes and purchased a Jacuzzi bathtub. 10 jets, 22" high. I then proceded to bust out the old cast iron tub(right, maybe 5 years old) , plumbed and wired it in (well, handed tools to my skilled friends at least). She was pleasantly surprised when she got back home. We don't use it much in the summer because of the heat of summer but tonight I poured the tub, water temp of 104 degrees, and soaked for 10 minutes. It really takes the chill off. Every now and then I get something right. Larry

Yeah, one of the few things we opted to upgrade when we had out house built was to have a Jacuzzi tub installed. We don't use it a lot, but boy is it a relaxing thing to do. Especially in the winter.

We also upgraded from the soaking tub to the Jacuzzi. Kim was in it the first night we moved in and has probably taken 5-6 baths since then. Well worth it because I know she will use it a lot. I will have to give it a shot one of these days. I am a 5 min. shower man so waiting 10 min. to fill the tub is not usually my thing.

Ah, you do not want to hop in there when you are stressed for time. One of them things you gotta just absorb for a while.
