Hello everyone, I read that if you round over the back of a bandsaw blade it will improve the cutting of curves and tight corners. Can I use just a honing stone or grinding stone to do this? How much should I round it over? Just enough so the back of the blade is no longer square?
Thanks, Les

Yep, just use a honing stone and touch it to the square corners on the back edge while the saw is running. For most work, you won't be able to tell a difference but for really intricate, sharp curves, it helps.
Don't get carried away with the stone and heat up the blade.

Thanks guys. This reminds me to do it next time I get to the band saw.
