Can someone recommend a good router sign template set? Something I'm looking for has different fonts, and is adjustable to most any size sign. I also need router bit recommendations. Thanks for any help.

I got tired of the limitations and cost of templates out there and they aren't giving away CNS systems yet, so I started making my own. I always have a little Masonite around and I have a good band saw, scroll saw and jig saw. So, why not?
Inset letters are the slowest, but worth the effort.
In a pinch, you could talk to a water jet cutting outfit about having a set cut for you. Shop time would be (ball park) about $250/hour, but you could get several sets of differing fonts and sizes from a single 4x8 sheet of material.

Heck, you could talk to Leo & have HIM make a set of templates for you. I doubt he'd charge $250/hour...
Any CNC shop could do it, though; they ordinarily charge something like $90.

Leo. ArcticFox. Up (to you) near the Cape. With his CNC router rig. He does NICE WORK - I've got a superb office nameplate he made for me... and some folks here have branding irons he made... and templates would be EASY for that machine to make.
