 This is a design from an old stone floor, I tried to do it in wood. It is made of cherry, walnut and maple, 7 1/2"H x 7"D, finished in lacquer. |

Very nice work!
I'd love to give one of those a whirl, but I'd get myself confused trying to get all the pieces assembled correctly for the glue-up.

That sure is nice, i would like to try my hand at something like that. I think I will try something simple to start though. I have been out of the shop for a while, dust giving me some medical problems.
