Ah heck, you guys are just too nice, but don't be afraid to keep it up! LOL. Anyway, I get the wood from several different sources. one from Florida! If you want the link just ask! Zac, for my friends, I do it for free! You are my friend as many others are here. It's a fun past time and doesn't take a whole lot of time nor skill. Just do it and then it starts to look like something.

Dale - it's way too good to be free, but I understand how it is for friends - I have a real hard time charging them anything.... even for materials. That is nice work!

Dale, what sort of tools do you use? Palm gouges and such or the larger chisels and stuff. I need to get started back to carving. I'm like you, I have never charged for something I made. I do it for the fun of it. I need to do some for some relatives though. I promised them I would do something for them but just haven't had time the last couple of years due to all the traveling for work we have done. Very nice work and thanks for posting it.
