It'll be a while before I get to turning again but I've made up my mind. I'll make a segmented wood grenade.

That will be a good project, now you need to decide which style and how are you going to stain it to make it look really authentic.

I want to see yours Caj before I decide if I want to add this to my list of things I want to do. Not sure how you will achieve the alligator skin design on a lathe...
