Holy Cow! You really have been busy Andrew! I have to say I have never before seen a turned inside out bottle stopper! Great idea!
I really got a kick out of your snowmen too! Too cute!

Might be a first, Doug - it sure looks like it..  It was my first attempt at an inside-out turning, and I didn't know how to hold it, so I turned it on the bottle stopper mandrel...seemed natural to try it on a stopper bottom... I thought it looked pretty rough, but it sold in about three minutes at the craft sale...along with the snowmen...(All my wife's ideas, so she gets the credit for those sales!)... Andrew |

Haha those are TOO COOL for words! At first I'm scrolling slowly.... I see your first inside-out bottle stopper - I'm like... "oh, that's really cool".... THEN I see your snowmen and Christmas tree inside-out stoppers - haha - that is soo cool!
I have a question..... is there any way to turn bottle stoppers w/o having a chuck? From what I've found in magazines, some look like they would need a chuck - others look like maybe not. Can ya point me in a direction to look?
Those are some really nice pieces!!!

Dang fella, those look cool as can be. My favorite is the #5 and #6 with the very distinct grain pattarns.

My favourite was the spalted mango with the pink streaks...neat as heck, but a bugger to turn...it was like turning chalk!
