Those look great!
I have a money blank that i'd like to turn one of these days ... though, it's loaded with 'em - not just pressed against the tubes ... how bad is that to turn?

Okay Les...got some questions for you now.
#1: What is the name of the product you are using(the shiney stuff)?
#2: Are you using a pressure pot during the 'cure' to get rid of bubbles? If so, what pressure pot do you have?
#3: Are you getting the shredded money from a place that sells it, or are you shredding your own?
