Use a whole roll of clear shipping tape and send it along - it will be fine. SSSSSSooooooo --- Read the "what next?" thread !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! worldofwood.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=trading&action=display&thread=3423

I will for sure reuse the original box.

If you're worried about the post office refusing the box, load the box and load it into a slightly larger new box.

If you're worried about the post office refusing the box, load the box and load it into a slightly larger new box. If you change the box, the postage is gonna go WAY up. Just put a piece of cardboard in that corner and use a LOT of clear shipping tape - it will be fine.

Okay...who has figured up how many miles that thing travelled? Scott (very cool...too much fun) B Oh man, I wish I had time to figure that out. I'd do it if I didn't have to get some more stuff done for the craft show this weekend and also the one the weekend after...maybe someone will sit down and figure it out. I'm not sure I could actually do it...do I have all the addresses...I think so. Well, if nobody else does it in the next couple of weeks I'll see if I can do it.

Alright well I got it shipped today. The post office worker said " I guess that box has seen better days" I figured Since the tape holding it together weighs more than the stuff in it she is probably right. I reinforced it a bit so I hope it holds up. I can't wait to see how many miles that box traveled. Count me in for the next one, This was really cool!
