Hard to say; the missing lower rail is a big deal in my opinion. If you have a good source for a very straight lower rail and the means to attach and align it, then why not? Is the lower rail and mounting hardware still available from Delta? Otherwise it easily looks like a recipe for twisted inaccurate cuts as the table will likely corkscrew relative to the blade.

If you can get the missing part for $47, that would take it to $97 + shipping...
Looks like a good deal to me...
I think I would Google it & search ebay, etc. to check it out... Cust. Reviews, etc. if any. before biting.

Why don't they buy the lower rail themselves, then sell the complete outfit for $150?

Yeah, I passed on it. Amazon customer reviews were less than glowing, and I didn't feel like going through the hassle of finding a rail. Plus, I don't even know if there's enough room in my shop to fit it once it's installed.
