How did you arrive at the $250 going price? ;D

Cody, Just curious... How did you arrive at the $250 going price? ;D I thought for about 3 seconds and decided that's what I would want to make them to sell...really just an arbitrary number. But, it took app. 12 bf of Cedar x $2.50 = $30 Finish & Sandpaper = $ 5 Electricity = $ 5 Labor (12 hrs @ $25) = $300 So, total cost = $340...heck, I'm losing money Good thing I do this as a hobby and to supplement my tool funds.

Good starting price. If you start getting more orders than you want, then you raise the price to say, $400.

Cody that looks great and you did that just from a picture. You the man. Probably made your shop smell really nice noticed that with the pen blanks.
