Assembly table

I am looking at building a new assembly table; I know a while back I saw a plan for one that uses boxes as a base (3 or 4, I can't remember). Each box had 3 different dimensions, so you could adjust the height of the table by changing the orientation of the boxes. I can't for the life of me find the plan, or even a picture of it now. Does anybody recognize what I am talking about and can point me in the right direction? Not something I really need an actual plan for, but I tend to have more success if I can see an example.

I think I saw the same thing you are referring to but I also can't remember where I saw it. I use two saw horses that I can adjust the heighth on and two tabletops (for lack of a better word) on top of them. If you are interested I can take a pic to show you. The thing I like about this setup is I can take it down and get it out of the way when I am not using it. Saves space in my shop.
