An elderly gent drives his wife to the doctor's office for her annual checkup. As she is leaving the doctor says "Oh, please remind your husband he needs to come in next week for his annual checkup. I'll need a urine sample,stool sample and a semen sample".
On the way home the old man asks his wife how her physical went. She responded,"Everything was good but I almost forgot. The doctor wants me to remind you about your checkup next week.You should bring a pair of your dirty underwear".
