Carl,
I can't tell you exactly how to use the hosted picture posting here. It's easier for me just to upload the pics to my website, then paste the link for the pic between the image tags obtained by clicking on the image button above. I just go to the pic on my site, right click and choose properties, then highlight and copy the url for the pic and paste it between those image tags.
