The other day, a CHP officer noticed a car driving very SLOWLY (10 mph) on the I-10 Freeway.
He stopped the car and slowly approached the driver.
He saw the driver, somewhat puzzled, and three passengers that appeared to be SCARED TO DEATH!
The officer asked him, why are you driving so slow when the speed limit is 65 mph?
"But officer, I am going the speed limit! See that sign with "10" on it?!" the driver said.
The officer, somewhat dumbfounded, told the driver that those were NOT speed limit signs... they were signs of the Freeway you are driving on!
"Oh, I didn't know that!" the driver softly said.
"And why are your passengers so afraid and hanging on for dear life?" the officer said.
The driver said...
"Oh my, you should have seen them when we were driving on the I-215!"
Yes... our CHP at work!
