Ok folks, it's been suggested multiple times that I post instruction on how to use photos here, so here goes.
I'll be posting instructions on how to take a photo from your computer, and place it in a thread in this forum.
(NOTE; Because you will be using a photo hosting site you choose, our information is only a generic outline on the method. Most photo hosting sites are pretty straight forward and simple to follow, and there are hundreds to choose from.)
1. Select a photo hosting site. (Google can help with this.) Locate the "Browse" button, or "upload feature" on that photo hosting site. By following the onscreen information, locate the image you wish to post.
2. Upload the photo to the photo hosting site.
3. Shortly, your image and a collection of links will appear.
5. Highlight the link that looks like this www.example.com/picture.jpg
6. Come back to the message area (where you are typing the message) and, above the message area and the smilies look for a small button with an image in it (on my monitor it appears as the fourth button from the left on the bottom row). Click it.
7. You'll note that some unusual text has appeared in your message, place your links from your photo host between the tags, one link per one set of tags.
Your tag package with the links should look like this;
Now, finish typing your message, and post as you normally would. When the completed post is done, you should have your photo inside your post.
Additional Info;
For the neatest and tidiest layout, make sure than the image tags and link are on a line all of their own. This way, the photo won't try to simply follow the text of your message. To phrase it differently, this will put your photo between paragraphs instead of at the end of a sentence.
